So you know how chickens are, right? They’re so… bird-like. They have these wings and then there’s their beaks and of course the eggs.
I was thinking about chickens the other day and I was wondering, why do they have feathers? What purpose do they serve? Do they help them fly? Do they keep them warm? I think it’s all just fashion. They just want to look good.
Maybe chickens don't even know what they’re wearing. They just see their reflection in a pond and start strutting around like they’re on the runway.
And then there’s the roosters. They wake up all the other chickens in the morning and strut around like they own the place. That can’t be easy, you know? I mean, waking up all the other chickens at 5am every morning? They must be exhausted.
I really don’t know what chickens think of us. Are we just big chickens to them? Or maybe they think we’re gods. They must, at least, be impressed by all the things we can do.
Anyway, chickens. They’re pretty strange birds.
